Free online Ruby course

I stumbled across this site the other day… well actually a long time ago, but just the other day I found it again because of a link for a free online ruby course. Figured ‘what the hell’ I’ve got nothing to lose. So it starts in the second week of January right before I start my other ‘brick and mortar’ courses. We will have to see how that goes. It’s cool because every level gives you a little bit more challenge and a little bit more off-the-wall humor (which I thoroughly enjoy!). By the time my fiance came home, I was listening to the end credits song…which is awesome by the way. So yeah for me…I beat a game. Put...
Is 50 Cent smart?… or just ballsy?

In a recent interview before a club concert, Curtis James Jackson III, aka 50 Cent gave some very interesting and well thought answers to questions regarding file sharing and the future of the music industry.
After responding that his label (G-Unit Records) was not doing so good, 50 Cent also added this interesting tidbit. “The advances in technology impacts everyone, and we all must adapt. Most of all hip-hop, a style of music dependent upon a youthful audience. This market consists of individuals embracing innovations faster than the fans of classical and jazz music.”
“What...
